This training taking place on International Womens Day will look at sources of stress for women workers – low pay, harassment, and hazards – and explore practical steps to take to reduce stress in our lives.

We are delivering this training course for the Migrant Resource Centre, a not for profit organisation working mainly with migrants in low paid jobs.
A second training will be delivered on the 27’th January 2012 (13:00 – 17:00) regarding Stress at Work and how to tackle it.
A third training will be delivered on the 24’th February for individuals working mainly in cleaning and construction industry.
