To whom can maybe help me please.
I am doing occupational level 3 health and Safety @ CONEL, and part of this course requires me to do a project on any h&s factors affecting my workplace/members. The Project I am going to do is on toilet breaks – or lack of them and being monitored etc….. I am hoping you will have any additional information on Employers winning cases against employers in London – and the compensation payout etc. relating to toilet breaks.
Last week I popped along to the Hazard Centre with my class, and got some information leaflets on toilet breaks which I am very grateful for, but any additional information will be really appreciated. I understand you maybe busy, so when you’re free and maybe get a little time I would be most grateful if you can provide me with assistance.
